Before joining Balentine, Katie was the Business Operations Manager and HR Generalist at Arrowhead Building Company. I enjoy reading novels and snuggling with my dogs.

What is your favorite activity?

I enjoy backpacking and hiking with my husband and dogs. It can be hard work but being alone in nature and stumbling across amazing views is worth it.

I would either be a librarian or a chef.
