Kaitlyn (Katie) Farley is the Administrative and Marketing Associate at Balentine’s Raleigh office. In this role, she ensures all clients, prospects, and guests have first-class in-person and virtual experiences with Balentine and provides support to Raleigh relationship managers. Additionally, she supports the marketing department with a special focus on coordinating events, creating and maintaining marketing materials, and preparing digital communications. Since joining Balentine in 2021, Katie’s thoughtfulness and responsiveness have created a positive environment for team members and clients. She earned a BS, summa cum laude, from the College at Southeastern.

What inspires you to come to work each day?

I am inspired to come to work each day because of the incredible office culture.

How does your role fit in the big picture of serving clients?

As an administrator, I support my team by making sure they have all that they need to service our clients well. If I am doing my job right, things will go smoothly and our clients will feel taken care of.

What is your favorite sport or activity? Why?

My favorite sport is basketball. I grew up playing it.

What is it that you do at Balentine that gives you the most personal satisfaction?

When I finish a workday knowing my relationship managerss feel well taken care of and they’ve received everything in a timely fashion. And being able to cross things off my checklist!

What keeps you awake at night?

The list of things I did not achieve throughout the day that I wanted to, even if it was unrealistic.
