Jenn Cunningham serves as Chief of Staff at Balentine, partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, organizational alignment, and operational excellence across the firm. She leads the Executive Assistant team and works across departments to ensure priorities are executed with clarity, collaboration, and purpose.
With more than 20 years of experience supporting senior executives, Jenn brings deep industry knowledge and a people-first approach to leadership. She joined Balentine after almost a decade with Morgan Stanley, where she built a reputation for trusted partnership and exceptional execution. Known for connecting strategy with action, Jenn is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and helping teams achieve meaningful results together.

How and why did you get into this business?
I was incredibly fortunate that my father began his own financial planning business as I was starting my career after college. Joining him lead me on this path and paved the way for my passion for support roles in the financial industry.
How does your role fit in the big picture of serving clients?
My role as EA to both Robert and Adrian allows me to make sure they are fully able to focus on clients first knowing that the other details of their days are taken care of and managed.
If you weren't in this business, what would you be doing?
Film Industry hair and makeup artist.
If you were abandoned on a deserted island, what single creature comfort would you desire most?
Iced coffee! I'm not sure I can live without it.
