Head of Institutional Relationships and Raleigh Wealth Management, Rob Ragsdale, CFP®, AIF®, was honored by the Triangle Business Journal with a 2023 Corporate Leadership Award. This award honors outstanding C-level executives for their contributions to the Triangle community.

 

In an interview with the Triangle Business Journal, Rob shared insights on the importance of his role at Balentine, his greatest achievements, challenges, and more.

 

How is your role important to the success of your organization?

I founded the North Carolina office of Balentine in 2012 to bring the resources of our firm to the Triangle’s entrepreneurs, business owners and families. It’s my honor to support and mentor our outstanding team, promoting a culture of collaboration and problem-solving where motivated people can succeed.
