Tywanda Hansen is Balentine’s Client Service Manager, where she supports the firm’s relationship associate team and helps ensure clients receive the thoughtful, responsive service that defines the Balentine experience. In this role, she oversees training, processes, and operational resources that enable relationship associates to deliver consistent, high-quality client service while strengthening the firm’s overall client service platform.
With more than a decade of experience in the wealth management industry, Tywanda brings deep operational knowledge and a proactive approach to client service. Her attention to detail, reliability, and strong follow-through ensure complex service needs are handled efficiently and that clients and advisors receive timely support. By combining strong systems with a collaborative leadership style, she helps relationship associates thrive while maintaining Balentine's high standard of care.
Before joining Balentine, Tywanda held client service roles at Hill & Jenkins Wealth Advisors, Wells Fargo Advisors, and Fidelity Investments. She holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, as well as insurance, long-term care, and Medicare licenses, and is a Notary Public in the state of North Carolina.

Why did you choose to come to work at Balentine?
I believe that Balentine's values align closely with my own, and I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to a team that prioritizes the best interests of its clients.
What do you like to do in your down time away from work?
I enjoy spending time with my family and playing with my kids. We enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and watching lots of movies. I also enjoy reading and I have a personal goal to read 100 books this year.
What inspires you to come to work each day?
I am inspired to come to work every day by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Knowing that I have the chance to help others achieve their financial goals and secure their futures is motivating. Additionally, being part of a team that is committed to excellence and integrity inspires me to bring my best to work each day.
What is the most exotic place you have ever been?
In 2014, my husband and I got married on the beach at a resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. During our stay, we went horseback riding on the beach, kayaking, and enjoyed relaxing on the beach while taking in all the beautiful views.
If you were abandoned on a deserted island, what single creature comfort would you desire most?
If I were abandoned on a deserted island, the single creature comfort I would desire most is a satellite phone to call for help so I can make it back home to my family.
