How and why did you get into this business?

I got into this business because I saw how meaningful thoughtful financial guidance can be in people’s lives. I wanted to help others make informed decisions, feel confident about their finances, and provide support during important moments.

Why did you choose to come to work at Balentine?

I joined Balentine because I wanted to work somewhere I could make a real impact. I enjoy helping clients have a smooth, positive experience and supporting relationship managers in delivering thoughtful, personalized guidance. Being part of a team that values relationships and attention to detail keeps me motivated.

What inspires you to come to work each day?

What inspires me is knowing that the work I do helps clients feel confident, supported, and at ease with their financial well-being. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that truly cares about people and makes a real difference in their lives.

What do you like to do in your down time away from work?

I enjoy playing golf and pickleball, challenging myself with chess, and exploring the night sky with my telescope. Spending time with my wife, Jill, and our son, Oliver, is what I enjoy most. As a family, you can find us frequently attending trivia nights with friends around the Raleigh area.
