Why did you choose to come to work at Balentine?  

The people who work at Balentine are warm and kind. I was so impressed by the level of service I received just as a candidate for the Relationship Associate role. Upon first greeting by the Administrative Associates, I felt immediately welcomed. The conversations I had during my interview felt genuine. As I was leaving, I got the chance to chat with some of the other ladies of the firm in the elevator. The mutual respect in the office was clear and I could not wait to be part of the team.

How does your role fit in the big picture of serving clients?  

Relationship Associates are ensuring that all client requests are executed in a timely manner. Oftentimes, we are the first point of contact for clients which provides us the opportunity to connect with them on a personal level. It is important that we put the clients first to maintain long-term relationships.

What do you like to do in your down time away from work?   

I enjoy spending time with my friends whether that's going on a long walk or trying a new restaurant together. I love exploring the city and finding the hidden gems of neighborhoods.

What is the most exotic place you have ever been?  

The Dominican Republic. I was able to try horseback riding on the beach for the first time!
