Why did you choose to come to work at Balentine?

I chose to come to work at Balentine because of the people, the culture, and the focus on serving clients. I was drawn to the opportunity to join a team that values relationships and understands that great service goes beyond simply completing a task. I’m excited to bring my passion for serving others, attention to detail, and positive attitude to a company where I can continue to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact on the client experience.

What do you like to do in your down time away from work?

In my down time, I enjoy trying new dining experiences and discovering new restaurants. I also love taking my dog on walks, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. And during football season, you can usually find me cheering on my hometown football team, the Detroit Lions!

How does the work you do make a difference?

The heart of my position is serving others. As an Administrative Associate, I have the opportunity to make things easier for both our clients and our team. Ensuring every interaction leaves clients feeling heard, valued, and confident that they are in good hands. While much of my work may happen behind the scenes, it directly supports the client experience and allows our Relationship Managers to focus on building relationships and providing thoughtful financial guidance. Ultimately, my role is about taking care of people, anticipating their needs, and doing my part to create a positive, seamless experience for every client.
