What was the hardest lesson learned and how did you learn it?

One of the hardest lessons I have learned is that being capable of doing everything does not mean I should do everything myself. Early in my career, I measured success by how much I could take on. I prided myself on solving every problem, anticipating every need, and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. While that approach helped me build trust and deliver results, it also taught me the importance of setting boundaries, prioritizing strategically, and empowering others. I learned this lesson through experience supporting high-performing executives in fast-paced environments where competing priorities were constant. Over time, I realized that the greatest value I could provide was not simply doing more, it was focusing on the work that created the most impact, communicating proactively, and building systems that allowed teams and leaders to operate more effectively.

How does the work you do make a difference?

The work I do makes a difference by creating structure, organization, and support that allows leaders and teams to focus on what they do best. While much of my works happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt throughout the organization. From ensuring critical priorities move forward seamlessly to helping executives make the most effective use of their time and attention. What motivates me most is knowing that the systems I build, the relationships I cultivate, and the support I provide contribute to the success of others. Whether I'm helping an executive navigate a complex challenge, coordinating a major initiative, or simply bringing order to a busy day, I take pride in being a trusted partner who helps make meaningful work possible.

What do you like to do in your down time away from work?

I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children. Much of my free time is spent cheering from the sidelines as a proud baseball and dance mom, supporting my children's activities and making memories with my family. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places, volunteering within the community, and supporting causes that benefit local law enforcement families. Whether I am planning my family's next adventure, attending community events, or enjoying time outdoors, I value opportunities to connect with others and invest in the people and communities I care about most.

What inspires you to come to work each day?

I am inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping others succeed. I genuinely enjoy bringing order to complexity, solving problems, and creating the support systems that allow leaders and teams to perform at their best. I am energized by building strong relationships, anticipating needs, and serving as a trusted partner to those around me.
