Brandon McGraw

Brandon McGraw is Balentine’s Client Service Manager. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s Client Service team, which provides support to clients and relationship managers. He oversees the cultivation of client relationships through superior service standards in order to envelop each client into the Balentine family. Prior to joining Balentine, Brandon spent seven years with Resource Planning Group where he gained invaluable experience in the financial planning side of the financial services industry. Brandon graduated magna cum laude from Georgia Tech’s Ivan Allen College. He volunteers with several organizations, including the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta. He is a former board member of Fill Ministries/Meals by Grace and chaired multiple fundraising campaigns during his tenure.

Where is the most exotic place you have ever been?

Traveling is one of my favorite pastimes. In 2015, I hiked the Incan trail and saw other incredible Peruvian landmarks with family.

If you weren’t in this business, what would you be doing?

I have always had a heart for service, so I would either work for a non-profit organization or do field work for a company that facilitates peer-to-peer lending. I’m passionate about giving people in impoverished communities around the world access to opportunity for themselves and their communities.

What inspires you to come to work each day?

I’m very process oriented, and I have an innate desire to make things better. I love identifying a business problem and working with the operations team to make things more effective for the firm and, in doing so, create a better experience for our clients.
