Why did you choose to come to work at Balentine?

I chose to come to work at Balentine because of the strong, values-driven culture I was told about. From everything I heard, it’s a place where collaboration, integrity, and a genuine commitment to client success really define the work environment. That kind of culture really resonated with me and made me want to be part of the team.

What inspires you to come to work each day?

What inspires me to come to work each day is my passion for helping people. I’m motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact—whether that’s by solving problems, supporting clients, or contributing to a team that’s focused on making a difference. Knowing that my work can help others reach their goals keeps me energized and engaged every day.

Who were your heroes growing up and how did that influence your life and career?

My heroes growing up were my parents. They showed me the importance of hard work, integrity, and treating people with respect. Watching their dedication and perseverance taught me the value of commitment and responsibility—lessons that have guided me throughout my life and career. Their example continues to inspire me to approach my work with the same determination and care they modeled for me.

How does the work you do make a difference?

My role focuses on the operations side of the business, which plays a key part in serving our clients effectively. Ensuring that everything runssmoothly behind the scenes by maintaining that reliability and attention to detail, we help build trust and allow our client-facing teams to focus on delivering exceptional service.

What is your favorite sport or activity? Why?

My favorite sport is basketball. I played in the past, and it’s always been something I’ve loved. Basketball taught me the value of teamwork, communication, and perseverance—all of which carry over into my professional life. I still enjoy watching whenever I can because it keeps me active and connected to something I’m passionate about.
